I saw you reverted my edits. Sorry if I did something wrong. I am currently working on the German Wikia Community for Bates Motel and I think interlanguage links are a very good way to promote both language versions of the wikias. What do you think?
Interlanguage links can link to other language versions of a wikia community which has the same topic. In this case de.batesmotel.wikia.com (see the language prefix? DE stands for German/Deutsch). So if someone finds one of those wikis, sees the interlanguage links and decides to continue reading in another language the same article is available, he can click on that link. For more information visit the help page about interlanguage links: Help:Interlanguage links.
If it is okay for you I'd like to continue linking from your English article pages to the German articles in the German Bates Hotel wikia, which is currently still small but interlanguage linking is one way to draw more attention to it. I will also continue to add interlanguage links to the German wikia so people find the Englisch Bates Motel wikia. In addition I am currently working to increase the content and set up a attractive main page so it looks way more inviting :)
Good idea, but most people do not visit the wikia via its main page but dive directly into the content – for example via Google search results etc. Adding the links to every page is not a big deal for me. Or do you have any good reason against adding interlanguage links? A lot of other Wikia communities are already doing it and there are a lot of reasons in favor of interlanguage links. You can read about it in this blog post on Community Central: User blog:Sannse/Guest Post - Your Wikia, Internationalized
