Kyle Miller was a local man in White Pine Bay who was involved with the drug trade.

He was in a relationship with Blaire Watson, and spent time with her about 70 hours before her death. He was arrested as a suspect for her murder by Sheriff Alex Romero, who was then left wondering if Kyle was guilty or not. Romero then decided to charge Kyle with the crime, despite Kyle claiming that there wasn't enough evidence. (Shadow of a Doubt)
He was later convicted and sentenced to death for killing Blaire Watson despite the fact that the Sheriff Romero and Deputy Patty Lin knew the second semen sample belonged to Norman Bates. (Meltdown)
